• Standard for 16 adults and 8 children under 6
• Maximum 18 adults
• Surcharge for exceeding standard: 350.000 VND/person (over 12), 250.000 VND/child (6-12)
• Free for children under 5
• Additional mattress available for 450.000 VND/mattress (includes sheet, fitted sheet, and 2 pillows)

⏰ Check-in 2:00 PM, Check-out 12:00 PM

Booking Terms:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc.; if damaged or stained, you must compensate based on the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture and items in the villa; if damaged or lost, you must compensate based on the item's value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, engage in gambling, or conduct any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining; failure to clean will incur a fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000 VND for general cleaning and 200.000 VND for kitchen cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning...
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a chef/catering service and party setup at the villa, please register with the villa manager: provide chef information and a 1.000.000 VND deposit to ensure kitchen cleanliness and asset protection. Guests are fully responsible for any kitchen-related issues during their stay if they do not comply

Security Deposit Policy:

• Guests must provide a 5.000.000 VND security deposit upon check-in to secure villa furnishings and items. If all villa furnishings remain in original condition with no damage during use, the villa will return this deposit upon check-out (after deducting any applicable service charges)
