Not necessarily. For the room rate, you can choose to pay in full or pay a partial deposit, with the balance due at check-in. Additional services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Bank transfer via VietQR. You can use any banking app that supports QR code scanning; if you cannot scan the code, manually enter the bank details shown directly below the QR code.
The system automatically records the transaction within 1–2 minutes, so you do not need to upload a receipt. Confirmation is then sent immediately via Zalo and email.
No. The room rate does not include extra guest charges for guests beyond the standard occupancy, mandatory cleaning fees or admission tickets (if applicable). These charges are collected at check-in and clearly stated on each property’s details page.
This depends on each host’s policy; see Cancellation, Refund & Change Policy on the property’s page. A common policy is a 10% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in, with no refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in. If the host declines a paid booking, you will receive a 100% refund.
Yes. At the confirmation step, select the Book for someone else tab and enter the details of the person who will check in. The booking will still be saved to your account.
Vietnamese guests must present a citizen ID card or passport; international guests must present a passport and valid visa. This is required for mandatory temporary residence registration.
Contact the support team immediately via Zalo or the hotline in the footer and provide a screenshot of the transaction so it can be matched manually. Do not make a new booking before contacting us, as this may result in two rooms being held at the same time.
