👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Standard rate:

• Capacity: 28 adults, 10 children under 6 years old
• Maximum 40 guests (including children)
• Surcharge above capacity: 250.000 VND per adult (age 11+), 150.0000 VND per child (ages 6–10)

Booking terms:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc.; any damage or soiling must be compensated according to item value
• Do not rearrange furnishings or items in the villa; any breakage or loss must be compensated according to item value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or any activities violating the law in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining; failure to do so incurs a 500.000–2.000.000đ cleaning fee and 200.000đ BBQ kitchen cleaning fee
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ kitchen cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to arrange catering or cooking at the villa, please register with the housekeeper: provide cook information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property safety. Guests are fully responsible for any kitchen damage or sanitation issues during their stay

Damage deposit policy:

• A 5.000.000 VND deposit is required at check-in to protect the villa's furnishings and fixtures. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the full deposit will be refunded at check-out (minus any service charges incurred)
