Find the Right Place to Stay

From the home page or Homestay page, enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates and number of guests.

• Use the filters to narrow your search by price range, amenities and area.
• Each property shows photos, reviews from previous guests and key amenities.
• Click a property to see full details: all photos, amenities, house rules and the property’s own cancellation and refund policy.

Check Rates and Availability

On the property details page, select your dates in the booking panel, then click Check price.

• The system displays the nightly rate and total room rate for the entire stay.
• The room rate does not include extra guest charges for guests beyond the standard occupancy, mandatory cleaning fees or admission tickets (if applicable). These charges are collected at check-in.
• Click Book now to proceed to the confirmation step. No payment is required at this stage.

Confirm Your Details

The confirmation screen has three sections:

• Your trip — check-in/check-out dates, number of nights and number of guests. You can change the dates or number of guests here.
• Who will check in — the check-in guest’s full name, phone number and email address. If you are booking for someone else, select the Book for someone else tab; the booking will still be saved to your account.
• Special requests — for example, a room on a high floor, a baby cot or early check-in. Justfly will pass your request on to the host, but fulfilment depends on availability.

Log in before booking so the reservation is saved to your account and you can receive offers for account holders.

Choose How to Pay and Complete Payment

For the room rate, you can choose to pay in full or pay a partial deposit — the balance is due at check-in. Additional services (if any) must always be paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be split into deposit payments.

After confirmation, Justfly displays a VietQR code. Open your banking app, scan the code or make a manual bank transfer for the exact amount using the reference shown.

Receive Confirmation

The system automatically records the transaction within 1–2 minutes, so you do not need to upload a receipt.

• As soon as the transaction is complete, the homestay holds the room for you.
• Booking confirmation is sent via Zalo and email.
• Once logged in, you can review your booking at any time under My Bookings.
