👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 20 adults + 6 children under 6
• Maximum occupancy: 28 guests (including children)
• 250k surcharge from the 20th adult onward (aged 11 and above)
• 150k surcharge from the 7th child onward (aged 6-11)

Booking notes:

• Do not use the white towels to wipe stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Damaged or stained items must be compensated for at their value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited goods, gamble, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a party setup or cooking service at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details, and pay a deposit of 1.000.000đ to ensure the cleanliness and protection of the Villa's kitchen facilities. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleaning or kitchen property issues arising during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a deposit of 5.000.000 VND directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition, with no damage or loss during the stay, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any additional service charges incurred)
