• Surcharge 250k from the 20th adult (ages 11+)

Booking terms:

• White towels are not for cleaning dirt, food, footwear, or waste. If damaged or soiled, compensation will be charged based on item value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. Any damage or loss will be charged based on item value
• Guests may not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. Failure to clean will incur charges: 500,000 - 2,000,000đ for cleaning, 200,000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to hire catering or party setup at the villa, please register with the villa manager: provide information about the chef and pay a 1,000,000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. You bear full responsibility for any kitchen-related issues during your stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5,000,000 VND deposit upon check-in to cover furnishings and fixtures. If all items remain undamaged during your stay, this deposit will be refunded on check-out (minus any service charges if applicable)
