Standard room rate:

• Standard for 14 adults and 6 children under 6 years old
• Maximum 20 guests (including children)
• Surcharge for exceeding standard: 250.000 VND/person (over 12 years old), 150.000 VND/child (7-12 years old)
• Free for children 6 years old and under
• For extra bed/additional mat: surcharge 300.000 VND/person/bed

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must compensate based on the item's value
• Do not rearrange furnishings and items in the villa. If damaged or lost, you must compensate based on the item's value
• Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, prohibited goods, gambling, or engaging in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. If not cleaned, cleaning fees of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning...
• No pets allowed in the villa
• If guests need event setup/catering at the Villa, please register with the Manager: Provide cook information and require a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure villa kitchen hygiene and property. Any issues with kitchen hygiene and property during your stay are your full responsibility

Security deposit policy:

• You must pay a 5.000.000 VND security deposit directly at check-in to ensure villa furnishings. If all villa furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the villa will refund this deposit upon check-out (after deducting any applicable service fees incurred)
