Villa TT06.01 Queen – Beverly Hills Hạ Long, Bãi Cháy

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard rate:

• Standard occupancy: 16 adults and 8 children under 6
• Maximum occupancy: 30 guests (including children)
• Extra guest surcharge: 250.000 VND/ person (over 11 years old), 150.000 VND/ child (6-11 years old)

*⏰ Check-in 14:00, Check-out 12:00

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Damaged or stained items must be compensated for at their full value
• Do not rearrange furniture or other items in the villa. Damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their full value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited goods, gamble, or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ and a BBQ grill cleaning fee of 200.000đ will apply
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire someone to set up a party and cook at the Villa, please register with the Host: provide the cook's details and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to protect the cleanliness and kitchen property of the Villa. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleanliness issues or damage to kitchen property during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• A deposit of 5.000.000 VND must be paid directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition throughout the stay, with no damage, the villa will refund the deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
