CHILD POLICY:

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the total tour price

• Children from 2 - 10 years old: 90% of the total tour price

• Children aged 11 and above: 100% of the total tour price.

IMPORTANT:

• Children under 18 traveling with their parents: Bring the original birth certificate or a notarized copy

• Children under 18 not traveling with their parents: Provide an authorization letter giving consent for the child to travel with the authorized person (clearly stating the authorized person’s details)

• The order of attractions may change to suit actual conditions, but all listed attractions will still be included.

• In accordance with insurance company regulations, insurance is not available to guests aged 70 and above.

• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals using a loose-leaf visa must bring it when joining the tour.

• Guests holding 02 nationalities or a Travel document (with no registered nationality) must inform the sales representative and submit the originals of all relevant documents when joining the tour.

• Guests holding a green card without a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register.

• Costs may change if foreign exchange rates fluctuate sharply (airfare, related taxes, and Vietcombank’s selling exchange rate at the time of departure)

• The price applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests aged 70 and above must pay the difference for premium insurance coverage. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a certificate issued by a competent medical authority confirming they are fit for international travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60. • Flight times and airlines may change to suit the program and ticket availability. The tour operator will notify the group and provide the confirmed flight schedule at least 4 days before departure.

• The tour operator will not refund any unused overseas services and accepts no responsibility for guests’ personal circumstances if Vietnamese or local immigration authorities deny them departure or entry.

As this is a group tour assembled from individual bookings, the tour operator is responsible for forming a group of at least 16 guests for departure according to schedule, accompanied by a tour leader from Vietnam. For groups of 10 – 14 guests, the tour operator will arrange for a guide to assist the group with airport procedures. A local guide will meet the group at the destination airport and accompany guests throughout the journey. For groups of fewer than 10 guests, the tour operator will notify guests 05 days before departure and agree on a new departure date or refund the deposit paid.

• The tour operator reserves the right to combine guests from different companies to form a full group and depart as agreed.

**VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE **

• Your newest passport, valid for >6 months (do not use an old passport even if it remains valid, as it is canceled in the system when a new passport is issued and is therefore invalid for international departure)

• A digital 4x6 photo with a white background; do not wear white, and ensure your forehead and ears are visible, with no glasses.

• Children under 18 must additionally provide a photocopied or scanned birth certificate when registering. Bring the original for immigration procedures.

• Group documentation must be completed 15 working days in advance (to process visas and issue airline tickets)

• In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters…or disruptions or schedule changes affecting public transport such as aircraft or trains…the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for guests’ convenience and safety and will not be responsible for compensation for any resulting losses.
