CHILD PRICING POLICY:

• Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 90 % of the price (sharing a bed with their parents)

• Children under 02 years old: 20 % of the price (sharing a bed with their parents)

• Children aged 11 and above: Adult price

NOTES

• Guests must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months (181 days) through the end of the trip

• Note regarding cosmetic surgery: Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery (eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, jaw contouring, eyebrow tattooing, ….) may be denied departure/entry by security authorities in certain countries. The tour operator will not cover any resulting expenses or refund services if this occurs

• Children under 18 traveling with their parents: Bring the original birth certificate or a notarized copy

• Children under 18 not traveling with their parents: Provide a letter of authorization consenting to the child traveling with the authorized person (clearly stating the authorized person's details)

• The order of attractions may be changed to suit actual conditions, while ensuring that all listed attractions are still included.

• Insurance is not available for guests aged 70 and above, in accordance with insurers' regulations.

• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests using a separate visa must bring that visa when joining the tour.

• Guests holding 02 nationalities or a Travel document (with nationality not yet recorded) must inform the sales representative and submit the originals of all relevant documents when joining the tour.

• Guests holding a green card who no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register.

• Costs may change if foreign exchange rates fluctuate sharply (airfares, related taxes, and Vietcombank's selling exchange rate at the time of departure)

• The price applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests aged 70 and above must pay the difference for premium insurance coverage. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a certificate issued by a competent medical authority confirming that they are fit for overseas travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60. Guests and their families must confirm their health status with our Company before joining the tour. If any incident related to the above occurs, the Company will not be liable under any circumstances.

• The tour is supported by designated shopping stops. Guests who do not visit a shopping stop in the itinerary will be charged an additional 25 usd/stop

• To secure the price, guests must commit to following the full itinerary. If a guest leaves the group on any day, the separation fee will be 100$* number of days away*number of guests leaving the group.

• Flight times and airlines may change to suit the itinerary and ticket availability. The tour operator will notify the group and provide the confirmed flight schedule at least 4 days before departure. As flights are subject to airline operations, flight times may in some cases change without prior notice

• The tour operator will not refund any unused overseas services and will not be responsible for guests being denied departure or entry by Vietnamese immigration authorities or those of the destination country for personal reasons.

As this is a tour formed from individual bookings, the tour operator is responsible for assembling a group of 16 or more guests for departure according to schedule, accompanied by a tour leader from Vietnam. For a group of 10 – 14 guests, the tour operator will provide a guide to assist the group with airport procedures. A local guide will meet the group at the destination airport and accompany guests throughout the journey. For a group of fewer than 10 guests, the tour operator is responsible for notifying guests 05 days before departure and agreeing on a new departure date or refunding the deposit paid.

• The tour operator reserves the right to combine guests from different companies to form a complete group and depart as agreed.

**VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE **

• Most recent passport valid for >6 months (old passports may not be used, even if still within their stated validity period, because once a new passport is issued, the old passport is canceled in the system and is no longer valid for departure)

• A digital 4x6 photo with a white background; do not wear a white shirt, and ensure the forehead and ears are visible and no glasses are worn.

• For children under 18, a copy or scan of the birth certificate must also be submitted upon registration. Bring the original when traveling for immigration procedures.

• In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters…or incidents or schedule changes affecting public transport such as aircraft or trains…the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for guests' convenience and safety and will not be liable for compensation for any resulting losses.
