CHILD POLICY:

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the total tour price

• Children from 2 -10 years old: 90% of the total tour price

• Children aged 11 and above: 100% of the total tour price

NOTES:

• Guests must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months (181 days) through the end of the tour

• Note regarding cosmetic surgery: Guests who have undergone cosmetic procedures (double-eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, jaw reduction, eyebrow tattooing, ….) may be refused departure/entry by immigration authorities in other countries. The tour operator is not responsible for any additional costs and will not refund services if this occurs

• Children under 18 traveling with their parents: Bring the original birth certificate or a notarized copy

• Children under 18 not traveling with their parents: An authorization letter consenting to the child traveling with the authorized adult is also required (clearly stating the authorized adult's details)

• The order of attractions may be changed to suit actual conditions, but all listed attractions will still be included.

• In accordance with insurance company regulations, insurance is not available to guests aged 70 and above.

• Overseas Vietnamese and foreign nationals using a separate visa must bring it with them on the tour.

• Guests holding 02 nationalities or a Travel document (with no registered nationality) must inform the sales representative and submit the originals of all relevant documents when joining the tour.

• Guests holding a green card who no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport cannot register.

• Costs may change if foreign exchange rates fluctuate sharply (airfares, related taxes and Vietcombank's selling exchange rate at the time of departure)

• The price applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests aged 70 and above must pay the difference for premium insurance coverage. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a certificate from a competent medical authority confirming they are fit to travel abroad and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60. • The program is subsidized by shopping stops. Guests who do not visit a scheduled shopping stop will be charged an additional 25 usd/stop

• To secure the price, guests must commit to following the full itinerary. Guests who leave the group on any day will be charged a group-separation fee of 100$* number of days away*number of guests leaving the group.

• Flight times and airlines may change to suit the itinerary and ticket availability. The tour operator will notify the group and provide the confirmed flight schedule at least 4 days before departure. As flights are subject to airline operations, flight times may sometimes change without prior notice

• The tour operator will not refund any unused overseas services and accepts no responsibility for guests' personal circumstances if Vietnamese immigration authorities or those of the destination country refuse their departure or entry.

As this is a combined tour for individual bookings, the tour operator is responsible for assembling a group of at least 16 people, which will depart as scheduled with a tour leader accompanying the group from Việt Nam. For groups of 10 – 14 people, the tour operator will assign a guide to assist the group with airport procedures. A local guide will meet the group at the destination airport and accompany guests throughout the journey. For groups of fewer than 10 people, the tour operator is responsible for notifying guests 05 days before departure and agreeing on a new departure date or refunding the deposit paid.

• The tour operator reserves the right to combine guests from different companies to form a complete group and depart as agreed.

VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Most recent passport valid for >6 months (do not use an old passport, even if it has not expired, because once a new passport is issued, the old passport is canceled in the system and is no longer valid for international departure)

• A digital 4x6 photo with a white background; do not wear a white shirt; the forehead and ears must be visible; no glasses.

• Children under 18 must also provide a photocopied or scanned birth certificate when registering. Bring the original for immigration procedures when traveling.

• The group's documents must be completed 15 working days in advance (for visa processing and flight ticket issuance)

• In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters…or incidents or schedule changes affecting public transportation such as aircraft or trains…the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for guests' convenience and safety and will not be liable for compensation for any resulting losses.
