Booking notes:

• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited goods, gambling, or engage in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; failure to do so incurs a surcharge of 500,000–2,000,000 VND for cleanup and 200,000 VND for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning
• No pets allowed in the villa
• If you wish to arrange catering or event setup at the villa, please register with the concierge: provide caterer information and a 1,000,000 VND deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. Guests are fully responsible for any issues regarding hygiene and kitchen property during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• A 5,000,000 VND deposit is required at check-in to protect furnishings and interior items. If the villa's furnishings remain in perfect condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the full deposit will be refunded at check-out (after deducting any additional service charges if applicable)
