Standard occupancy:

• Standard occupancy is 18 adults and 9 children under 6 years old
• Maximum occupancy is 27 guests (including children)
• Surcharge above standard occupancy: 250.000 VND/ person/ night

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Damaged or stained items must be compensated for at their replacement value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Any damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their replacement value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests would like to hire a party setup or cooking service at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide details of the cook and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to cover the cleanliness and kitchen equipment of the Villa. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleanliness issues or damage to kitchen equipment arising during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests are required to pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly at check-in to cover the furnishings in the villa. If all furnishings remain in their original condition throughout the stay, with no damage or loss, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any additional service charges incurred)
