👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 18 adults and 9 children under 6
• Maximum occupancy: 27 guests (including children)
• Surcharge above standard occupancy: 250.000 VND/ person (over 10 years old), 150.000 VND/ child (6-10 years old)

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Damaged or soiled items must be compensated for at their full value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Any damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their full value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ and a grill-cleaning fee of 200.000đ will apply
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a party setup or cooking service at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details, and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure the cleanliness and protection of the Villa's kitchen facilities. Guests will be fully responsible for any cleanliness issues or damage to kitchen facilities during their stay if these requirements are not followed

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition throughout the stay, with no damage or loss, the villa will refund the deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
