Additional guest surcharge: 250.000 VND per adult (ages 11+), 150.000 VND per child (ages 6-11)

Maximum occupancy: 28 people (including children)
Surcharge for exceeding standard: 250.000 VND/adult (age 11+), 150.000 VND/child (ages 6-11)

Booking Notes:

White towels must not be used to clean stains, food, shoes, or waste. If damaged or soiled, compensation will be charged at replacement value.
Furniture and fixtures in the villa must not be rearranged. Any damage or loss will be compensated at replacement value.
Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, illegal goods, gambling, or any illegal activities in the villa.
Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so will incur cleaning charges: 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for general cleaning, 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning.
Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning...
Pets are not allowed in the villa.
If you wish to hire catering or private chef services at the villa, please register with the host: provide chef information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure cleanliness and protection of the villa's kitchen. Guests are fully responsible for any damages or issues to the kitchen during their stay.

Security Deposit Policy:

A 5.000.000 VND security deposit is required at check-in to protect the villa's furniture and fixtures. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the deposit will be refunded at checkout (minus any service charges if applicable).
