Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 22 adults and 11 children under 10 years old
• Maximum 40 guests (including children)
• Surcharge for excess occupancy: 200.000 VND/person (from age 10 onwards), 100.000 VND/child (under 10 years old)

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid according to the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture and items in the villa; if damaged or lost, compensation must be paid according to the item's value
• Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, contraband, gambling, or engaging in unlawful behavior in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000 VND, plus 200.000 VND for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire catering or cooking setup at the villa, please register with the villa manager: provide cook information and a 1.000.000 VND deposit is required to ensure hygiene and protect the villa's kitchen assets. Any hygiene or kitchen asset issues arising during the guest's stay are the guest's full responsibility

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must provide a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings and fixtures. If during the stay all furnishings and fixtures remain in their original condition with no damage or loss, the villa will refund this deposit upon check-out (after deducting any service charges if incurred)
