• Extra guest surcharge: 250.000 VND/ person (aged 12 and over), 150.000 VND/ child (aged 6 - 11)

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste… Compensation at the item's value will be required for any damage or staining
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Compensation at the item's value will be required for any damage or loss
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited goods, gamble, or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests would like to hire a party setup and cooking service at the Villa, please register with the Host: Provide the cook's details and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to safeguard the cleanliness and kitchen assets of the Villa. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleanliness issues or damage to kitchen assets during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition during the stay, with no damage or loss, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
