Standard occupancy and rates:

• Standard occupancy: 26 adults and 9 children under 10
• Maximum occupancy: 30 adults
• Surcharge for the 27th adult (aged 10 and over): 200.000 VND/ person/ night
• Surcharge for the 10th child (under 10): 100.000 VND/ child/ night

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Guests must compensate for any damaged or stained items based on their value
• Do not rearrange the villa's furniture or belongings. Guests must compensate for any damaged or missing items based on their value
• Guests must not use stimulants or drugs, possess prohibited goods, gamble or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a party setup and catering service at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to cover kitchen cleanliness and property. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any issues involving cleanliness or kitchen property during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests are required to pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition throughout the stay, with no damage or loss, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
