Important booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation will be charged at the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or belongings within the villa. If damaged or missing, compensation will be charged at the item's value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, engage in gambling, or conduct any illegal activity in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. If not cleaned, a fee of 500.000 – 2.000.000đ will be charged for cleanup, plus 200.000đ for washing the BBQ grill
• Service does not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill washing...
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests require catering or party setup services at the villa, please register with house management: provide the chef's information and pay a 1.000.000đ security deposit to ensure hygiene and protection of the villa's kitchen equipment. For any hygiene or kitchen equipment issues arising during the guest's stay, the guest assumes full responsibility

Security deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000đ security deposit directly at check-in to ensure villa furnishings. If all villa furnishings remain in original condition with no damage during use, this security deposit will be refunded to guests on check-out day (after deducting any service charges if applicable)
