👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 22 adults and 11 children under 6
• Maximum occupancy: 25 guests (including adults and children)
• Surcharge above standard occupancy: 250.000 VND/ person (over 11 years old), 150.000 VND/ child (6-11 years old)

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste… Compensation at the item's value will be required if towels are damaged or stained
• Do not rearrange the villa's furniture or other items. Compensation at the item's value will be required for any damage or loss
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to arrange catered cooking for a party at the Villa, please register with the Host: Provide the cook's details and pay a deposit of 1.000.000đ to safeguard the Villa kitchen's cleanliness and property. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleanliness or kitchen property issues arising during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a deposit of 5.000.000 VND directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition throughout the stay, with no damage or loss, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any additional service charges incurred)
