👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard occupancy:

• Standard occupancy: 14 adults and 6 children under 12
• Maximum occupancy: 25 guests (adults and children)
• Surcharge from the 21st adult (aged 12 and above): 300.000 VND/ adult/ night
• Surcharge from the 7th child (under 12): 200.000 VND/ child/ night
• 2 children under 5 stay free

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Compensation at the item's value will be required for any damage or staining
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Compensation at the item's value will be required for any damage or loss
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited goods, gamble, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a cooking party setup service at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details, and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to safeguard the Villa's kitchen hygiene and equipment. Guests will be fully responsible for any kitchen hygiene or equipment issues arising during their stay if these requirements are not followed

Security deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND security deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage during the stay, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
