👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard occupancy:

• 8 adults and 4 children under 6 years old
• Maximum occupancy of 12 guests (including children)
• Surcharge above standard occupancy: 250.000 VND/ person (over 11 years old), 100.000 VND/ child (6-11 years old)
• Children under 06 years old stay free

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Guests must compensate for damaged or soiled items based on their value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Guests must compensate for damaged or missing items based on their value
• Guests must not use stimulants, illegal drugs or prohibited goods, gamble or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ and a BBQ grill cleaning fee of 200.000đ will apply
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests would like to hire someone to set up a party or cook at the Villa, please register with the Villa Manager, provide the cook's details and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to safeguard the cleanliness and kitchen property of the Villa. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any issues involving cleanliness or kitchen property during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a deposit of 5.000.000 VND directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage during the stay, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any additional service charges incurred)
