Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 10 adults
• Maximum occupancy: 20 guests (including children)
• Extra guest surcharge: 250.000 VND/ person (aged 12 and above), 100.000 VND/ child (aged 6-11)
• Children under 06 stay free

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Any damaged or stained items must be compensated for at their full value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or items in the villa. Any damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their full value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a cooking party setup service at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details, and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure the cleanliness and protection of the Villa's kitchen equipment. Guests will be fully responsible for any kitchen cleaning or equipment issues arising during their stay if these requirements are not followed

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition, with no damage or loss during the stay, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
