  • Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit upon check-in to secure the villa's furnishings and contents. If all villa furnishings remain in good condition with no damage during your stay, the villa will refund this deposit upon check-out (after deducting any service charges if applicable)
  • Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or stained, you must pay compensation based on the item's value
  • Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if items are damaged or lost, you must pay compensation based on their value
  • Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in any illegal activities at the villa
  • Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; failure to do so will incur a 500.000 - 2.000.000đ cleaning fee and 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
  • Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
  • Pets are not allowed in the villa
  • If guests wish to hire catering/cooking services at the villa, please contact the villa manager: provide cook information and require a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen cleanliness and protection of villa kitchen facilities. Guests are fully responsible for any kitchen cleanliness and facility issues that arise during their stay
