300m2 of space, with a lush garden offering a relaxing atmosphere and fresh air, plus a balcony and rooftop terrace
35m2 private pool at the villa
01 car garage, 02 living rooms and 01 kitchen (fully equipped with an induction cooktop, pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, glasses, cups, seasonings, rice cooker, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, electric kettle, outdoor BBQ grill, etc.)
06 bedrooms with the following bed sizes: 01 1,8m bed, 04 1,6m beds and 02 1,2mx2m beds; 06 fully equipped bathrooms
Complimentary bottled water in the bedrooms, tea and coffee

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Standard room rate:

Standard occupancy: 12 adults and 06 children under 06 years old
Surcharge for each additional adult from the 13th guest onward (aged 11 and above): 250.000 VND/ person/ night
Surcharge for each additional child from the 6th child onward (aged 6-11): 100.000 VND/ child/ night

⚠️Additional services (charged only when used):

Late check-out surcharge: 500k/hour before 15:00; from 15:00-18:00, 50% of the room rate; after 18:00, 100% of the room rate
Cleaning fee: 500k for general cleaning and washing, 200k for cleaning the grill
Services: minibar, charcoal, laundry, etc.

Adults: aged 11 and above·Children: from 6 to 11 years old·Infants: under 6 years old

Booking notes:

Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Any damaged or stained items must be compensated for at their full value
Do not rearrange the furniture or items in the villa. Any damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their full value
Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ and a 200.000đ fee for cleaning the grill
Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
Pets are not allowed in the villa
If guests would like to hire someone to set up and cook for a party at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to cover the Villa's kitchen cleanliness and equipment. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleaning or kitchen equipment issues arising during their stay

Property deposit policy:

A deposit of 5.000.000 VND must be paid directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage during the stay, the villa will refund this deposit at check-out (after deducting any additional service charges incurred)
