Private 45m2 swimming pool at the villa
01-car garage, 02 living rooms, 01 kitchen (fully equipped with an induction cooktop, pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, glasses, cups, seasonings, rice cooker, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, electric kettle, outdoor BBQ grill...)
05 bedrooms with the following bed sizes: 01 1,8m bed and 04 1,6m beds; 06 fully equipped bathrooms
Complimentary filtered water in the bedrooms, tea and coffee

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Standard room rate:

Standard occupancy: 10 adults and 05 children under 06 years old
Surcharge from the 11th adult (11 years old and above): 250.000 VND/ person/ night
Surcharge from the 6th child (6-11 years old): 100.000 VND/ child/ night

⚠️Additional services (charged only when used):

Late check-out surcharge: 500k/hour before 15:00; from 15:00-18:00, 50% of the room rate; after 18:00, 100% of the room rate
Cleaning fee: 500k for general cleaning and washing, 200k for cleaning the grill
Minibar, charcoal, laundry,...

Adults: over 12 years old·Children: from 6 to 12 years old·Infants: under 6 years old

Booking notes:

Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste… Damaged or stained items must be compensated for at their full value
Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Any damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their full value
Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning and washing fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
Pets are not allowed in the villa
If you would like to hire someone to set up a party and cook at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to protect the Villa's kitchen hygiene and equipment. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleaning issues or damage to kitchen equipment during their stay

Security deposit policy:

A deposit of 5.000.000 VND must be paid directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage during your stay, the villa will refund the deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any additional service charges incurred)
