Do not use the white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste… Compensation based on the item's value will be required for any damage or staining
Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Compensation based on the item's value will be required for any damaged or missing items
Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited goods, gamble or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
Pets are not allowed in the villa
If you would like to arrange party setup or hire someone to cook at the Villa, please register with the Caretaker: Provide the cook's details and pay a deposit of 1.000.000đ to safeguard the Villa's kitchen cleanliness and equipment. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any cleanliness issues or damage to kitchen equipment during their stay

Security deposit policy:

Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND security deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition during the stay, with no damage, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
