- Please do not smoke in the house. In case of smoking on the outside premises, please use the available ashtray and do not throw it on the floor, lawn, causing unsanitary or even a fire hazard.
- Please do not bring pets.
- If you drink too much alcohol and vomit on the bedding and lawn area, please pay an additional fee of 100,000 VND to assist with the cleaning.
- Please prepare your own personal belongings. At Garden Le Villa, only shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toilet paper, hand sanitizer and some basic spices in the kitchen are available (fish sauce, salt, sugar, cooking oil).
- All forms of gambling, prostitution, drug use and addictive substances are strictly prohibited (including laughing balls); carrying weapons, poisons, incendiary substances and all other acts prohibited according to current regulations of Vietnamese law in the garden of Le Villa.
- Please do not use speakers, radios and other high-volume audio devices outdoors after 22:30 to avoid causing noise and affecting surrounding residential areas.
