☘️ Standard Villa: 10 adults

• Surcharge 200 000 VND/person from the 11th person.
• Up to 15 adults or 12 adults + 8 children.
• Free 4 children under 1.3m - 5th child surcharge 200 000 VND/child

• 1 dormitory room (6 beds)
• 2 single bedrooms (1 bed 1m8x2m)
• 1 living room
• 1 kitchen
• There is a BBQ table and an outdoor swimming pool suitable for attractive barbecue parties
• Swimming pool with size 8m4m1.3m

☘️ Additional service (optional, if incurred, payment will be made at Villa for housekeeper):

• Overtime surcharge: 200 000 VND/h (only received when there are no guests the day before or the next day)
• BBQ package (including charcoal grill, grilling staff and cleaning a-z): 450 000 VND / 1 meal / 15 people.
• BBQ charcoal: 20 000 VND/kg
• Washing dishes: 100 000 VND/breakfast, 250 000 VND/lunch, 250 000 VND/dinner
• Ice 20 000 VND/bag
• Pull speakers + 2 mics: 300 000 VND/day
• Large swimming buoy: 200 000 VND/day
• Small swimming buoy: 100 000 VND/day
