Frequently asked questions
There are 2 dining options:
- You can bring food and cook for yourself. The homestay provides a barbecue grill, cooking utensils, bowls and chopsticks free of charge (you can pay to have your food grilled and dishes washed, and pay for charcoal if used).
- If you prefer not to cook, you can contact the property manager to order meals at your unit.
- Parking is available at the homestay, and you can follow Google Maps to get there. The property is easy to reach, and there are many other homestays in the area, so it does not feel isolated.
- Justfly will send you the bank transfer details needed to confirm your booking.
- Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00 the following day.
- Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or changed. Transfers to another guest are supported.
- Please bring all required identity cards or passports to complete check-in (MANDATORY).
- Stimulants, laughing gas and narcotics are strictly prohibited at the villa. If any are found, the villa will refuse service and ask guests to leave, with no refund of the deposit.
- Only the person who made the booking needs to present their identity card/citizen ID card.
- This depends on how many pets you plan to bring and how much they weigh. - Each unit has its own pet policy, so Justfly will need to confirm after receiving your request.
