Do not move, rearrange, or relocate furnishings within rooms or between rooms. If property is lost or damaged through use, you must compensate 100% of its value.
Do not move the BBQ grill to the pool area or in front of the villa. Violation: 5,000,000 VND per occurrence.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, dispose of trash in designated places, do not throw toilet paper or waste into plumbing causing clogs. Do not dump trash in the pool.
Do not bring additional guests to stay overnight without prior registration with staff or the villa owner.
No loud singing or activities disturbing security and order in the resort after 22:00.
Ensure fire safety when using induction cooktops, electric kettles, microwaves, ovens, and electrical appliances at the villa.
Regarding food you purchase and cook at the villa: the villa owner is not responsible for any food safety issues that may arise.
You must ensure your own safety when using the pool, especially for children and elderly guests. The villa owner is not responsible for any dangerous situations that occur at the pool.
Please clean and sanitize the kitchen area, cooking utensils, and BBQ grill, and return them to their original condition before leaving the villa.
Before leaving the villa, please pay all outstanding charges (if any) and return the key to staff.
The villa owner has the right to terminate the rental if you fail to comply with the above regulations.
