1. Check-in time is from 2pm, check-out time is before noon.
2. Present ID/national ID/passport (valid) for the property manager to complete check-in and register. International guests: must present passport, visa, or valid residence card.
3. The property manager will hold a minimum of 2 ID cards/national IDs/passports (valid) upon check-in and will return them when you check out.
4. You are responsible for safeguarding your belongings and personal items while staying at the villa.
5. Do not bring weapons, explosives, toxic substances, addictive or stimulating drugs into the villa. You are fully responsible under the law if any issues arise related to these items.
6. Do not bring pets, dogs, or cats into the villa.
7. No smoking in the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms in the villa, or in any area marked with a no-smoking sign in the resort. Violation: 2,000,000 VNĐ fine per incident.
8. Do not move or relocate furniture in any room or between rooms. If property or furnishings are lost or damaged due to use, you will be charged 100% replacement cost.
9. Do not move the BBQ grill to the pool area or in front of the villa. Violation: 5,000,000 VNĐ fine per incident.
10. Maintain cleanliness of shared areas, dispose of trash properly, do not throw toilet paper or waste into plumbing fixtures causing blockages. Do not dump trash into the pool.
11. Do not bring additional people to stay overnight in the villa without prior registration with the property manager or villa owner.
12. Do not organize singing events with loud music affecting security and order in the resort after 10pm.
13. Ensure fire safety when using induction cooktops, electric kettles, microwaves, ovens, and electrical equipment in the villa.
14. For food that you purchase and cook at the villa, the villa owner assumes no responsibility if any food safety issues arise.
15. You must ensure your own safety when using the pool, especially for children and elderly guests. The villa owner is not responsible for any accidents that occur while using the pool.
16. Please clean the kitchen area, cooking utensils, BBQ grill, and return everything to its original state before leaving the villa.
17. Before leaving the villa, please settle all charges (if any) and return the key to the property manager.
18. The villa owner has the right to terminate the rental if you do not comply with the above rules.

Important Notes:

• With the living room's closed AC system, only light cooking is suitable. For seafood or grilled items, please use the outdoor kitchen — a separate cooking setup is available outside.
• This private villa does not include breakfast.
