- Present a valid ID card, resident card, or passport for check-in and registration. Foreign guests must provide a valid passport, visa, or temporary residence card.
- The host will hold a minimum of 2 valid ID cards, resident cards, or passports during check-in and return them upon check-out.
- Guests are responsible for securing their valuables and personal belongings during their stay at the villa.
- No firearms, explosives, toxic substances, narcotics, or stimulants allowed in the villa. Guests bear full legal responsibility for any issues arising from such items.
- No pets, dogs, or cats allowed in the villa.
- No smoking in the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, or designated no-smoking areas in the resort. Violation: 2,000,000 VNĐ fine.
- Do not rearrange or move furniture within rooms or between rooms. Guests must pay 100% replacement cost for any lost or damaged items due to use.
- Do not move the BBQ grill to the pool area or in front of the villa. Violation: 5,000,000 VNĐ fine.
- Keep common areas clean, dispose of trash in designated bins, do not flush toilet paper or waste into plumbing to avoid blockages. Do not dump trash in the pool.
- Do not bring additional overnight guests without prior registration with the host or villa owner.
- No loud singing or music after 22:00 that disrupts resort security and order.
- Ensure fire safety when using induction cooktop, electric kettle, microwave, oven, and other electrical appliances at the villa.
- The villa owner assumes no responsibility for food safety issues related to food purchased and prepared by guests at the villa.
- Guests must ensure pool safety for themselves, especially for children and elderly. The villa owner bears no responsibility for any accidents or dangerous incidents in the pool.
- Please clean and return the kitchen, cooking utensils, and BBQ grill to their original condition before leaving the villa.
- Before leaving, please settle all charges (if any) and return room keys to the host.
- The villa owner reserves the right to terminate the reservation if guests do not comply with these rules.
