Standard occupancy rate:

• Standard for 16 adults, 8 children under 6
• Maximum 18 adults
• Surcharge for exceeding standard: 350.000 VND per person per night (over 12), 250.000 VND per child (6-12)
• Free for children under 5
• Additional mattress available for 450.000 VND (includes sheets, fitted sheet, and 2 pillows).

Booking notes:

• White towels must not be used to wipe stains, food, shoes, or waste; if damaged or stained, compensation will be required based on the item's value
• No rearranging furniture or items within the villa; if damaged or lost, compensation will be required based on the item's value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gamble, or engage in illegal activities within the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; failure to do so will incur cleaning fees of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ and grill/stove cleaning fee of 200.000đ
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dish washing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire catering or cooking setup at the villa, please register with the estate manager: provide catering staff information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. Guests are fully responsible for any kitchen cleanliness and property issues during their stay if they do not comply

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must provide a 5.000.000 VND property deposit at check-in to ensure furniture and fixtures are protected. If all items remain in original condition with no damage or loss, the villa will refund the deposit at check-out (after deducting any service charges if applicable)
