Standard room rate:

• Capacity: 16 adults and 8 children under 5
• Maximum 18 adults
• 17th adult surcharge (over 12): 350.000 VND/ person/ night (sharing bed)
• 6-12 children surcharge: 250.000 VND/ child/ night (sharing bed)
• Free for children under 5
• Additional mattress: 450.000 VND/ mattress with blanket, sheet and 2 pillows

Booking notes:

• White towels and cloth cannot be used to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid based on the item's value
• Furniture and items cannot be rearranged within the villa. If damaged or lost, compensation must be paid based on the item's value
• Guests are not allowed to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities within the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking or dining; failure to do so incurs cleaning charges of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for general cleaning, 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dish washing, BBQ grill cleaning...
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• For event catering and cooking setup at the villa, guests must register with the property manager: provide cooking staff information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and asset protection. Guests are fully responsible for any cleaning and kitchen asset issues during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND security deposit at check-in to protect villa furnishings. If all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss during use, the deposit will be refunded at check-out (minus any service charges if applicable)
