Standard room rate:

• Standard for 12 adults and 6 children under 6
• Surcharge for 13th adult (11+ years): 250,000 VND/person
• Surcharge for children 6-11 years: 150,000 VND/child
• Free for children under 6

Booking guidelines:

• White towels must not be used to wipe stains, food, shoes, or waste. If damaged or soiled, compensation according to item value applies
• Guests must not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, compensation according to item value applies
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to do so incurs cleaning fees of 500,000 - 2,000,000đ, plus 200,000đ for stove/barbecue cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ/stove cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to arrange a catering or party setup at the villa, please register with the villa manager. Provide chef information and a 1,000,000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and asset protection. Guests are fully responsible for any hygiene or kitchen asset issues during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must place a 5,000,000 VND deposit directly upon check-in to protect villa furnishings. If all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or harm during use, the villa will refund this amount on check-out day (after deducting any additional service charges if applicable)
