👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Covers 18 adults + 09 children under 6
• Maximum occupancy: 30 guests (including adults and children)
• Surcharge from the 19th adult (over 11): 250.000 VND/ person
• Surcharge for children aged 6-11: 150.000 VND/ child

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Guests must compensate for any damaged or stained items at their replacement value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Guests must compensate for any damaged or missing items at their replacement value
• Guests must not use stimulants, illegal drugs or prohibited goods, gamble, or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ and a grill-cleaning fee of 200.000đ will apply
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• Guests who wish to hire catering or party setup services at the Villa must register with the Host, provide the cook's details and pay a deposit of 1.000.000đ to cover kitchen cleanliness and property. Guests who do not comply will be fully responsible for any issues involving cleanliness or kitchen property during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• A deposit of 5.000.000 VND must be paid directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage during the stay, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
