• Surcharge above standard occupancy: 250.000 VND/ person (aged 6 and over), 150.000 VND/ child (under 6)

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe up stains, food, footwear, waste… Guests must compensate for any damaged or stained items based on their value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Guests must compensate for any damaged or missing items based on their value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire an outside team to set up a party or cook at the Villa, please register with the host: provide details of the cook and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to protect the Villa's kitchen hygiene and property. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any hygiene issues or damage to kitchen property during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• A deposit of 5.000.000 VND is required directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition, without damage, the villa will refund the deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
