Villa TT02.10 – Beverly Hills Hạ Long, Bãi Cháy

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard for 14 adults and 7 children under 5 years old
• Maximum 16 adults
• Surcharge for 15th adult (over 12 years old): 350.000 VND/ person/ night (sharing bed)
• Surcharge for children 6-12 years old: 250.000 VND/ child/ night (sharing bed)
• Free for children under 5 years old
• Additional mattress surcharge if needed: 450.000 VND/ mattress including sheets, fitted sheet and 2 pillows.

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to clean stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid according to the value of the item
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, compensation must be paid according to the value of the item
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, contraband, gambling, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; if not cleaned, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will be charged, plus 200.000đ for kitchen cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a cook or setup a party at the villa, please register with the Manager: provide information about the cook and a 1.000.000đ deposit is required to ensure hygiene and the villa's kitchen property. If this is not complied with, any issues regarding hygiene and kitchen property during the guest's stay, the guest is fully responsible

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a deposit of 5.000.000 VND directly upon check-in to ensure the villa's furnishings and fixtures. If during use, all furnishings and fixtures remain in original condition with no damage or loss, the villa will refund the deposit to guests on check-out day (after deducting any service fees if incurred)
