👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard for 16 adults and 08 children under 6
• Maximum 28 guests including children (no children max 24 adults)
• Surcharge from 17th adult (11 years old and up): 200.000 VND/ person/ night
• Surcharge from 6th child (under 11 years old): 100.000 VND/ child/ night

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc.; if damaged or stained, compensation will be required based on item value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, compensation will be required based on item value
• Guests may not use stimulants, drugs, contraband, gambling, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; failure to do so will result in cleaning charges of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ plus 200.000đ for BBQ kitchen cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ kitchen cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not permitted in the villa
• For catering setup and cooking services at the villa, please register with the manager by providing catering staff details and paying a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen cleanliness and asset protection. Any issues with kitchen cleanliness or assets during your stay are your full responsibility

Property deposit policy:

• A 5.000.000 VND deposit is required at check-in to protect the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the deposit will be refunded at check-out (after deducting any applicable service charges)
