👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Includes 14 adults and 7 children under 6
• Maximum capacity: 22 guests (including children)
• Surcharge for extra guests: 250,000 VND/person (12 and up), 150,000 VND/child (6-11)

Booking notes:

• White towels and linens must not be used to wipe dirty items, food, shoes, or waste; if damaged or stained, the cost of replacement will be charged
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; any damage or loss will be charged at replacement value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, banned items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities within the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining; if not cleaned, cleaning fees of 500,000 - 2,000,000đ apply, plus 200,000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests need event setup or catering at the villa, please register with the manager: provide the cook's information and deposit 1,000,000đ to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. Guests are fully responsible for any hygiene or kitchen damage during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• A 5,000,000 VND deposit is required directly at check-in to ensure furniture and fixtures within the villa. If all items remain in original condition with no damage or loss during use, this deposit will be refunded on check-out (after deducting any service charges if incurred)
