Villa TT01.05 – Beverly Hills Hạ Long, Bãi Cháy

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Capacity: 14 adults and 07 children under 5 years old
• Maximum 16 adults
• Surcharge for exceeding capacity: 350.000 VND/ person (over 12 years old), 250.000 VND/ child/ night (6-12 years old)
• Free for children under 5 years old
• Guests needing additional mattress: 450.000 VND/ mattress with sheet, fitted sheet and 2 pillows.

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food residue, shoes, waste, etc.; if damaged or stained, you must pay compensation based on the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture and items in the villa; if damaged or lost, you must pay compensation based on the item's value
• Guests cannot use stimulants, drugs, banned goods, gambling, or engage in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; failure to clean will result in a fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for cleaning and 200.000đ for kitchen/grill cleaning
• Service does not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ kitchen/grill cleaning, etc.
• No pets allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire a catering setup or cook in the villa, please register with the manager: provide the cook's information and place a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and equipment protection. The guest is fully responsible for any hygiene and equipment issues during their stay if they do not comply

Damage deposit policy:

• Guests need to place a deposit of 5.000.000 VND directly at check-in to ensure the integrity of the furniture and items in the villa. If during the stay, all furniture and items in the villa remain in their original condition with no damage or loss, the villa will refund this deposit to guests on the day of check-out (after deducting any service fees if applicable)
