Standard occupancy:

• Standard occupancy: 14 adults and 7 children under 6 years old
• Surcharge for the 19th adult: 250.000 VND/ person/ night
• Free for children under 06 years old

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, footwear, waste… damaged or stained items must be compensated for at their full value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa; damaged or missing items must be compensated for at their full value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited goods, gamble or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining; otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ and a BBQ grill cleaning fee of 200.000đ will apply
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire someone to set up a party or cook at the Villa, please register with the Host: provide the cook's details and pay a deposit of 1.000.000đ to safeguard the Villa's kitchen hygiene and property. If these requirements are not followed, guests will be fully responsible for any issues involving kitchen cleanliness or property during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a deposit of 5.000.000 VND directly at check-in as security for the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition, with no damage during the stay, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any service charges incurred)
