Standard room rate:

• Sleeps 14 adults, 6 children under 6
• Maximum 28 guests (including children)
• Additional guest surcharge: 250.000 VND per adult (ages 13+), 150.000 VND per child (ages 7-12)
• Complimentary for children under 6
• Extra mattress: 300.000 VND per person per mattress

Booking notes:

• White towels must not be used for cleaning stains, food, shoes, or waste. If damaged or soiled, replacement costs will be charged
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. Damage or lost items will be charged at replacement value
• No stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or illegal activities permitted in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. Failure to do so will incur cleaning fees of 500.000 - 2.000.000 VND for general cleaning and 200.000 VND for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you need catering or event setup at the villa, please arrange with the property manager: provide information about your chef and pay a 1.000.000 VND deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. You are fully responsible for any damages to kitchen hygiene or equipment during your stay

Property deposit policy:

• A 5.000.000 VND deposit is required at check-in to protect villa furnishings. If all villa furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the full deposit will be refunded at check-out (after deducting any applicable service charges if incurred)
