👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard rate:

• Standard for 16 adults, 7 children under 6
• Maximum 24 guests (including children)
• Extra charges over standard: 250.000 VND/person (ages 11+), 150.0000 VND/child (ages 6-10)

Booking terms:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste... if damaged or stained, compensation will be required based on item value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, compensation will be required based on item value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited goods, gambling, or any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; if not cleaned, charges will apply: 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for cleaning, 200.000đ for BBQ grill washing
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill washing...
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests need party/cooking setup services at the villa, please register with the manager: Provide chef information and a deposit of 1.000.000đ is required to ensure hygiene and protection of the villa's kitchen assets. If any issues arise regarding hygiene and kitchen assets during the stay, guests will be fully responsible

Security deposit policy:

• Guests must provide a 5.000.000 VND security deposit upon check-in to ensure protection of the villa's furnishings. If during the stay all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss, the villa will refund the security deposit on checkout day (after deducting any service charges incurred)
