White towels should not be used for wiping dirt, food, shoes, or waste; if damaged or stained, you must compensate according to item value
Guests should not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, you must compensate according to item value
Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; if not cleaned, a 500.000 - 2.000.000đ cleaning fee or 200.000đ BBQ grill cleaning fee will apply
Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning
Pets are not allowed in the villa
If guests require party setup and catering at the villa, please register with the manager and provide chef information with a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure hygiene and kitchen property protection. Guests are fully responsible for any hygiene or kitchen property issues during their stay

Property deposit terms:

Guests must make a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly upon check-in to secure furniture and interior items in the villa. If all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the villa will refund this deposit on check-out day (after deducting any service charges if applicable)
