Standard room rates:

• Standard: 14 adults, 6 children under 6
• Maximum 20 guests (adults and children combined); without children, maximum 16 adults
• Extra guest surcharge: 250,000 VND/person/night (over 11 years), 150,000 VND/child (6–11 years)

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or stained, compensation required based on item value
• Do not rearrange furniture or belongings; if damaged or lost, compensation required based on item value
• Guests prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, banned items, gambling, or illegal conduct on villa premises
• Guests must clean after cooking and eating; failure to do so incurs 500,000–2,000,000đ cleaning fee, 200,000đ for BBQ grill washing
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill washing…
• Pets not allowed on villa premises
• For party setup or catering at the villa, please register with the villa manager: provide chef info and 1,000,000đ deposit to ensure villa kitchen hygiene and safety. Guests fully liable for any kitchen-related damages or cleanliness issues during stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must deposit 5,000,000 VND at check-in to protect villa furnishings. If all furnishings remain undamaged and intact during stay, the full deposit will be refunded at check-out (after deducting any service charges if applicable)
