Booking terms and conditions:

Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, or waste. Damaged or soiled items require compensation at their replacement value
Do not rearrange furnishings or items in the villa. Damaged or missing items require compensation at their replacement value
Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, contraband, gambling, or engage in illegal activities within the villa
Guests must clean after cooking and dining; failure to do so incurs a 500.000–2.000.000đ cleaning fee and 200.000đ BBQ grill cleaning fee
Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
Pets are not permitted in the villa
If you need to arrange catering or cooking at the villa, please register with the villa manager: provide chef information and 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen cleanliness and equipment protection. Guests are fully responsible for any damages or cleanliness issues with the kitchen during their stay

Security deposit policy:

Guests must provide a 5.000.000 VND security deposit directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings and contents. If all furnishings remain in their original condition throughout your stay with no damage or wear, the full deposit will be refunded on your check-out day (minus any applicable service charges if incurred)
