Standard Room Rate:

• Standard: 22 adults and 6 children under 6 years old
• Maximum group: 30 people (including children)
• Surcharge for exceeding standard: 250,000 VND per person (12+), 150,000 VND per child (7-11)

Important Booking Notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation will be charged based on the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, compensation will be charged based on the item's value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, banned items, gambling, or engage in unlawful activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. If not cleaned, cleaning fees will apply: 500,000 - 2,000,000đ for general cleaning, 200,000đ for kitchen cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ kitchen cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests need catering or party setup at the Villa, please register with the Concierge: provide chef information and pay a 1,000,000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and protection of the villa's kitchen facilities. Any violations regarding kitchen cleanliness or property during your stay are the guest's full responsibility

Property Deposit Policy:

• Guests must deposit 5,000,000 VND directly upon check-in to secure furnishings in the villa. If during your stay all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or deterioration, the villa will refund this deposit amount to you on check-out day (after deducting any service fees that may have been incurred)
