Standard room rate:

• Standard: 12 adults and 6 children under 6
• Maximum 20 guests (including children)
• Extra guest surcharge: 250.000 VND/person (from age 7+)

Booking terms:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must compensate according to the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, you must compensate according to the item's value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, banned substances, gamble, or engage in illegal activities at the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. If not cleaned, a fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000 đ for cleaning and 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning will be charged
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to arrange catering or event setup at the villa, please contact the manager: provide chef information and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen cleanliness and protect the villa's kitchen equipment. Any kitchen-related issues during your stay are your responsibility

Security deposit policy:

• A 5.000.000 VND security deposit is required at check-in to protect the villa's furnishings and fixtures. If all items remain in good condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the villa will refund the full deposit on checkout (after deducting any service fees if applicable)
